Aversion to Perversion (Homosexuality)

[Editor’s note: This letter writer is the same person who had to be admonished several times (and was ultimately asked to leave) by the election official at the Lovettsville polling place in 2006, for her blatant violation of posted Board of Election rules. She had several young children with her, and she was encouraging them to chase voters all the way to the door, insisting that they take her pro-Marshall/Newman Amendment literature and “vote for Jesus!” She also verbally accosted the Vote No volunteer with vulgar language about “perversion” and “deviance.”

She is the “RJ” in the comments here, speaking of herself in the third person. As you can see, she has no understanding that she did anything wrong, claiming that nothing she said was “vitriolic or inflammatory.” Equality Loudoun board members have attempted dialogue with her, but she has been so far completely unreachable.]

I am writing this letter in support of the 10 year boy who believed we should boycott McDonalds for supporting the gay perversion agenda. Contrary to your readers who call him bigoted, homophobic, intolerant, close-minded, and a hatemonger, I believe he is just following his natural instinct and good sense, unlike his critics.

These readers state that he should not even have an opinion on the matter but instead should be living the natural life of a 10 year old. Well, they can’t have it both ways. It is these very same sorts of people who want to teach sex education and homosexual practice to 1st graders. I’m amazed at how shocked they are when it backfires. This child and most nonbrainwashed people feel a natural aversion to homosexuality. This doesn’t need to be taught, homosexuality is contrary to nature and this child knows it. What is distorted and backward are adults forcing their perversions on unwary children and muddle headed adults with less sense than the children they raise.

The reason tolerance to homosexuality has to be “taught” is that it is contrary to the way most of us instinctually think and feel. It isn’t natural. It is the product of a sick mind. Certainly, this was the prevalent teaching of the American Psychiatric Institute prior to the 1990’s, when they like other organizations changed with the times. In my opinion, many organizations changed due to financial pressures (Girl Scouts, most large commercial organizations) or were infiltrated at the highest levels (Congress, media, state governments, federal government).

It isn’t intolerant/bigoted/hate-mongering to want to defend oneself and ones children; it is self-preservation. I also have a problem with pedophiles, smut peddlers (I include educators of homosexuality), child porn collectors, rapists, murderers, thieves, prostitutes, and welfare whores. Whoops! There goes my intolerance again!

Let this 10 year old and all other children grow up normally and enjoy their childhood. Stop soliciting our children. Stop contributing to their delinquency through the media, Hollywood, music, and in your schools of reprogramming.
